RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

You can request a return or an exchage if these conditions are true (D.L. 206/2005 - Italian Law):

• The return or exchange must be done within 21 days from order date;
• The item must be intact and not used;
• The original tag must not have been removed.

If these requests are fulfilled we can change the product or refund the charge.
To proceed to your return or refund you must create a return/exchange request from your account page on www.robertobotticelli.it: we will then contact you as soon as possible giving you all the instructions on what to do.
In case of an exchange we will send you the new product at our charge as soon as we receive the old one. In any case, the old product's shipping costs and customs duties are at your charge.

IMPORTANT: we will not accept products returned that don't respect the above mentioned procedure.
